IT OFFERS A SAFE, NON-JUDGMENTAL SPACE TO ADDRESS CHALLENGES LIKE STRESS OR LIFE TRANSITIONS. THROUGH THERAPY, YOU CAN GAIN DEEPER SELF-AWARENESS, DEVELOP COPING SKILLS, AND WORK TOWARD MEANINGFUL CHANGE. ULTIMATELY, IT HELPS YOU BUILD EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE AND IMPROVE YOUR WELL-BEING. YOU CAN PARTICIPATE VIA TELEHEALTH FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME.

MY APPROACH

IT'S MY VIEW THAT EACH PERSON I WORK WITH HAS A UNIQUE IDENTITY AND SET OF THERAPEUTIC NEEDS. WHILE I OFTEN DRAW FROM SPECIFIC INTERVENTIONS, I TAKE AN ECLECTIC APPROACH TO THERAPY. MY WORK IS PRIMARILY GROUNDED IN COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT), WHICH FOCUSES ON SHIFTING PERSPECTIVES TO MORE ADAPTIVE WAYS OF THINKING FOR IMPROVED FUNCTIONING. I ALSO INCORPORATE DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT), WHICH EMPHASIZES PRACTICAL SKILLS THAT HELP CLIENTS TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR LIVES AND MANAGE CHALLENGES MORE EFFECTIVELY.​
