COUPLES THERAPY IS A
PLACE WHERE PARTNERS CAN WORK TOGETHER WITH A TRAINED CLINICIAN TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION, RESOLVE CONFLICTS, AND STRENGTHEN THEIR BOND. IT CAN PROVIDE THE TOOLS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER’S NEEDS, EMOTIONS, AND PERSPECTIVES, FOSTERING DEEPER CONNECTION AND TRUST. WITH GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT, IT HELPS COUPLES NAVIGATE CHALLENGES AND BUILD A HEALTHIER, MORE FULFILLING RELATIONSHIP.

MY APPROACH
AS WITH ALL OF MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES, I USE COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) AS THE FOUNDATION. MY MAIN GOAL IS TO HELP COUPLES WORK THROUGH UNRESOLVED ISSUES WHILE GIVING THEM PRACTICAL COPING SKILLS. THIS APPROACH DOESN’T JUST STRENGTHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP—IT ALSO EMPOWERS YOU BOTH, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS A COUPLE, TO IMPROVE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIVES AND CREATE LASTING, MEANINGFUL CHANGE.
